The campaign was executed across multiple touchpoints, including digital ads, social media, email nurture, and in-store signage, ensuring consistent messaging and customer engagement. As part of the refresh, we also updated their illustration style to be more fun, playful, and welcoming, creating a more engaging and approachable brand experience.
